Atlas credentials are currently rotated in the AWS secret manager, but must be manually copied into Evergreen project variables for use in Atlas tests. This step needs to be repeated after each rotation.

Integrating setup-secrets.sh drivers/atlas_connect to automatically fetch and inject credentials into environment variables would reduce maintenance overhead.
