      We added support for OTEL/Micrometer in Java Sync Driver (see: https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/JAVA-5732) this past quarter. This ticket is to add support for OTEL/Micrometer in the Java Reactive Driver by end of January in anticipation of the next version milestone of Spring Data ~ Feb '26.
