Summary: Create Evergreen cluster with auto-embedding support for Java Driver functional tests

Description: Currently, auto-embedding functionality only works within a custom Docker image. While the Python team has a dedicated pipeline supporting this image, the Java Driver tests for auto-embedding are currently disabled because they lack a compatible environment.

1. Infrastructure: Provision/Configure an Evergreen cluster that supports the custom Docker image required for auto-embedding.
