Currently with the PojoCodec its limited to natural sorting on field / property name.

Consider adding an annotation that allows different (declared field / property) ordering instead. Then update the annotation convention to support this.

Consider adding a property annotation similar to Spring Data's @Field(order = …) or updating the @BsonProperty annotation.
