      Align the 5.7.0 Micrometer/OTel observability implementation with Spring Boot/Spring Data feedback: (fixing metric name/tag consistency, moving high-cardinality values to high-cardinality tags, avoiding mutation of stopped observations, enriching driver metadata, and ensuring proper context propagation with Reactor and Spring’s.
