Deprecate com.mongodb.ConnectionStatus and it's subclasses, excluding ReplicaSetStatus

      com.mongodb.ConnectionStatus class and it's subclasses will be removed in future releases, so we need to deprecate them in nearest release.

      Classes to be deprecated:

      • com.mongodb.ConnectionStatus
      • com.mongodb.DynamicConnectionStatus
      • com.mongodb.MongosStatus

      Also com.mongodb.ConnectionStatus will be removed from the list of superclasses of com.mongodb.ReplicaSetStatus.
