MongoCopyDataManager calls copyDataFrom method for all namespaces in database or databases if collection param is not defined. It is not always a desirable behavior.

I suggest adding followed params to config to define which namespaces should be copied:

copy.existing.namespace.regex - defining from which databases collections should be copied
