Use C3 UI instead of landoop

      We are using the landoop UI for Kafka but should use the official ui.

      I believe a slight modification to the docker compose file help here:

      use confluentinc/cp-enterprise-control-center instead of landoop/kafka-topics-ui:0.9.4
      in https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-kafka/blob/master/docker/docker-compose.yml#L100
