Noticed that we may not be up-to-date on documenting all the tools we expose through MCP. An example of this is `mongodb-logs`. We must audit our tools list and ensure our readme is updated to list all the tools. Additionally we must ensure we file docsp ticket to update them on the MongoDB Docs site. Lastly, we should make sure each tool implementation has a success criteria to update the readme & docs.
