      This ticket is to investigate the cause of integration tests failing in MCP when latest version (v1.0.11) of Atlas Local is used.

      This work may involve changes required on the Atlas Local side. 

      Additional context:

      About Atlas Local v1.0.11 - This release saw the extension of telemetry events. To achieve this, container startup includes fetching a number of details about the container and database to include in the telemetry. This increases the startup time. This could be the catalyst to failing tests.
