The `mongodb-natural-language-querying` has a lot of language in it that is specific to Compass. Let's go through it and remove that language so that it can be used in a more general sense by the agent.

Things like "based on the Compass query generation patterns" are not needed. We can remove some of the string requirements as those were for Compass parse-ability. Additionally the requirements for json and shell syntax, as folks may be using this with a totally different language and we want to reduce conflicting wording.

From a fairly quick glance it also looks like we can reduce some of the wording to make the tokens needed for the skill less.
