      PagerDuty alerts in `systems/atlas-mcp/rotation-job/alerts.helix.tmpl` and `systems/atlas-mcp/remote-mcp-server/alerts.helix.tmpl` point to `http://go/remote-mcp-runbook` but the doc has no entries for these alerts yet.
       
      Add a runbook entry per alert listed below, following the existing format on the Remote MCP Service Runbooks tab
