      JNA is not able to open mongocrypt.dll

          Adding paths from jna.library.path: C:/data/mci/libmongocrypt/cmake-build/Debug
    Trying C:\data\mci\libmongocrypt\cmake-build\Debug\mongocrypt.dll

      The call to com.sun.jna.Native#open(java.lang.String, int) fails with an UnsatisfiedLinkError.
