      Currently, there is no testing in the libmongocrypt evergreen project for consuming the library via pkg-config, cmake, or after installation from PPA.

      If we did have that as part of the libmongocrypt project, a change that broke the include paths for pkg-config (which was reverted) in MONGOCRYPT-213 would have been caught before merging.
