      Currently, the produced libraries of libmongocrypt have an ABI version of 0.0.0:

      libmongocrypt.0.0.0.dylib
libmongocrypt.0.dylib -> libmongocrypt.0.0.0.dylib
libmongocrypt.dylib -> libmongocrypt.0.dylib

      Similar to libmongoc, ABI breaks are not planned. But we might do well to set an ABI version now, as we are adding API for 1.1.0.
