The BUILD team has announced the deprecation of most zSeries distros in Evergreen. Among the libmongocrypt tasks are included several which use distros which have been deprecated: rhel67-zseries-test (BUILD-12566), suse12-zseries-test (BUILD-12569). Additionally, rhel72-zseries-test is used and its deprecation is coming shortly. The announcement indicates that going forward there will be a zSeries distro based on RHEL8 which will be the only available zSeries distro in Evergreen.

Once the RHEL8 distro is announced as available, the libmongocrypt Evergreen configuration needs to be updated to remove references to the deprecated zSeries distros and the rhel72-zseries-test task must be replaced by a RHEL8 analog. This last point is important to ensure that we do not completely lose build and test coverage on big endian architectures.
