The debian-package-build task is failing in the libmongocrypt-release Evergreen project that tracks the new r1.3 release branch. Initially it seemed that the only change that would be needed was to update the branch configuration in debian/gbp.conf to point to the new branch name. However, even after that change the task is still failing.
