      Remove tasks using macos-1014 distros, and use macos-1100.

      Background

      DEVPROD-6063 plans to remove macOS 10.14 from Evergreen.

      Our typical platform process is to warn in one release, then drop in the next. But our next planned minor release is not until February 1st. macOS 10.14 appears long unsupported. I expect bumping to 11.00 is OK.
