Add fallbacks, default_locale and other stuff to localized fields

      I'm bit tired of updating original mongoid_i18n, so it will be better to port it to mongoid.

      Small roadmap to myself:

      • add support of default_locale
      • add support of I18n.fallbacks, when avaliable
      • add option of "fallback-to-anything", when nothing found by fallback lookups
