• TimeWithZone.demongoize(nil) raise NoMethodError. I think should return nil.
• spec/mongoid/extensions/time_with_zone_spec.rb was almost identical with time_spec.rb. Maybe it was copied from time_spec.rb and neglected, doesn't it?
