Currently the log level is set to Logger::DEBUG by default. This is undesirable for most people in anything but a development or testing environment as it produces voluminous logs. The logger level can be set on load or after but being that we have a mongoid.yml that has the settings for each environment it would be preferable to set it there rather than write additional code around the load to set the logger based on environment.

Also, I'd think that setting it to info by default would be a better setting as most applications have that as a default setting.
