https://docs.mongodb.com/mongoid/master/tutorials/mongoid-installation/ says mongoid 7.0 supports mongodb 3.0, but evergreen isn't testing mongodb 3.0 on mongoid (starts with 3.2). Either the docs are wrong or we need to be testing on 3.0 if we support that.
