At the time of writing, Rails 6.0 release candidate one has been released and, as the name suggests, could become the release of Rails 6.0.0. The gemspec currently prevents installing Mongoid and activemodel 6.0.0 together.

Also as far as CI configs go, Rails master is now used for 6.1 development.
