Add server 4.4 configurations to evergreen

      Server latest is now 4.5. This means we need to add configurations designated 4.4.

      Since we do not use the actual latest binaries, until 4.5.0 is released we may consider commenting out the "latest" configuration and duplicating 4.2 configurations into 4.4.

      Add 4.4 server configurations to Evergreen
      Skip tests that use map/reduce counts and timing information on 4.4
      Document that map/reduce counts and timing information is only available on 4.2 and earlier servers
