      It seems we do not state in the Mongoid configuration documentation (https://docs.mongodb.com/mongoid/master/tutorials/mongoid-configuration/#configuration-options) that the config file is preprocessed with ERb.

      This ticket is for adding a statement to this effect and giving example usage.
