Summary

This epic groups work that improves the query side of Mongoid (i.e. queries that are ultimately sent to the server) to:

• Improve query performance on the server side by optimizing the generated queries
• Provide consistent behavior between the different query contexts that Mongoid supports (Mongo, Memory and None)
