MONGOID-5214 changed the .unscoped method to even clear scopes declared with .with_scope. This ticket is for clarifying in the 8.x docs that these scopes will not be removed, and this will be changed in 9.0.
I will also use this ticket for changing the 9.0 docs to more accurately reflect the new behavior.
Should be able to just update this in the API docs. No need to create a brand new section to document this.
