Add Rails 8 to our toolchain ahead of Rails8 release

      Rails 8 will be released around September 26, 2024. We should timely support it in Mongoid.

       

      Add it to our tooling and see if anything is broken. Rails8 is not yet completed with development but dev versions are available.
