In order to ensure compatibility of Mongoid with the upcoming Ruby and Rails versions, we should run our test suite with these versions.

      1. Tests should run outside of the PRs.
      2. Tests should run regularly, every two weeks.
      3. If failures are detected, a JIRA issue should be created in the MONGOID project. The issue should include Ruby version, Rails version, commit hash, and the list of failures.
