Hi,
I've made a modification on the logger method in lib/mongoid/config.rb to not return a Logger instance
unless there is one configured and the logger= method gets a valid one.

Also fixed a couple syntax errors in the Gemfile by pluralizing ":platform".

I tested it with a coupe apps that I'm developing and works fine.
