I could not connect to my MongoHQ db until I removed all the symbols in my password. I had a ^ char in the password and it tried assigning everything before it to the port value. I removed a number of other symbols too. The @ symbol also cannot be used, btw

Is there a list of acceptable symbols? I'll run my own tests but thought I'd ask.
