I took the sample mongoid.yml configuration file with multiple databases and it is working fine. I changed the configuration for the secondary database to a replica set and it was just disregarded. The secondary database just used the default localhost:27017. It seems that the configuration code for secondary databases has not been upgraded yet to read replica sets.
