failing test for has_one/has_many nested attributes

      i was having some issues with referenced nested attributes persisting, and have a failing test showing the issue. not sure if it was preferred to just post as an issue, or actually make a pull request with it, so i quickly threw it up on pastie: http://pastie.org/2050161
