      Expose the API in mongosh (new parameters to turn on/off), and support the new format of the resume token.

      • support the new token format in mongodb-resumetoken-decoder
      • make sure the driver accepts the new parameters
      • make sure mongosh can pass the new parameters to the driver when creating a change stream cursor
