What is going wrong? What action would you like the Engineering team to take?
When I assume to connect, using a proven URI, I get this error: "MongoParseError: URI contained empty userinfo section"

Try to connect using this same environment
Expected Results
What do you expect to happen?
Log in succesfully.
BTW, I can log using the same URI using "MongoDB shell version v5.0.1"
