Simplify key management helpers by using driver helpers

      Simplify the implementation of our key management helpers to use the driver’s key management helpers once they are implemented.

      Specifically, this refers to the following KeyVault methods: getKeys, deleteKey, addKeyAlternateName, removeKeyAlternateName. getKeys should should still update the “currentCursor” state.
