Account for sharded homebrew repository

      failed because the homebrew repository split its Formula/ folder so that the mongosh formula is at Formula/m/mongosh.rb rather than Formula/mongosh.rb.

      Our automated homebrew publishing logic needs to account for this, since otherwise we cannot publish mongosh releases (or manually need to create the homebrew PRs).
