      Cloud indicated that this would be helpful for them, and it brings consistency to our CI matrix.

      If RHEL9 on ppc64le/s390x also has a similar setup as it does on x64/arm64 (which is probably the case), then being able to use the system OpenSSL library may actually be required for running mongosh on RHEL9.
