Simplify snapshot handling once on Node.js 21+

      We currently create "lazy" copies of some of the Node.js modules we use when webpack'ing mongosh for CLI compilation in order to be able to use them in snapshots, e.g. child_process. We should reduce or remove this when we upgrade to a newer Node.js version, e.g. Node.js 22.
