If we want to use Foliage for E2E or other tests, we need to restructure them to use build variants as opposed to different task names for different MongoDB / Node / other environment setups. This would allow us to use Foliage without potential ticket spam should there be a test that is flaky / failing across multiple environments.

It can be done in the way similar to unit tests refactoring from the PR above.
