We don't use the oidc-plugin code from the embedded shell, so let's just mark it as an external in the webpack config. This gives us the advantage that we're reducing the amount of code we bundle (and need to include in the SBOM in MONGOSH-1856), and therefore also result in less code to update when issues in dependencies are being discovered.
