      Extend CliUserConfig with the `logLocation` setting to allow users to specify a log directory, while maintaining the same default location today which are: ~/.mongodb/mongosh/<LogID>_log for macOS & linux, and %UserProfile%/AppData/Local/mongodb/mongosh/<LogID>_log for Windows
