https://github.com/mongodb-js/mongosh/blob/main/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md currently lists packages like prebuild-install and tar-fs, which aren't actually included in mongosh's package distributions. This may be because we set the includeExternalProductionDependencies flag, which may accidentally include production dependencies of the @mongosh/build package.
