When we do an actual mongosh release (as opposed a package-only one), CodeQL doesn't end up running on the bump commit, only on the merge commit.
We need to make sure it gets run so the release associated with the bump can be properly analyzed.

Example: this commit didn't get any GitHub Actions on it but the one a bit later did
