Remind Atlas users to whitelist their IP

      When users connect to Atlas with mongo and the connection fails, the shell tries to help them with this message:

      It looks like this is a MongoDB Atlas cluster. Please ensure that your IP whitelist allows connections from your network.

      mongosh should do the same.
