      Compute the new S3-backed URL for latest-alpha and latest-alpha-enterprise, following the layout described in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1709PuF7b71DV1JNa9lto0sPPGoMtRH1Ifb9RLG4ed5Y/edit?tab=t.0

      For example, the latest enterprise binary for amazon2023 on x86_64:
      s3://origin-mongodb-server-latest/server-latest/mongodb-mongo-master-nightly/mongodb-linux-x86_64-enterprise-amazon2023-latest.tgz

      Returning an s3:// URL is a breaking change for consumers that assume the URL is fetchable over HTTP. Treat as semver-major on this package, or gate behind an opt-in option.
