      Release the affected devtools-shared packages and bump them in the consuming repositories.

      Release:

      • @mongodb-js/download-url
      • @mongodb-js/mongodb-downloader
      • @mongodb-js/mongodb-runner

      Update dependants:

      • mongosh
      • compass

      Compass consumes both paths: packages/compass depends on @mongodb-js/mongodb-downloader directly, while compass-test-server and compass-e2e-tests go through mongodb-runner.
