The test that validates our arch/target names against the live downloads.mongodb.org/full.json feed runs in test_build, i.e. on ~50 unit test variants. The result depends on neither the platform nor the server version, so 49 of those requests are redundant  and each is a chance to hit ECONNRESET or a 502, which has failed CI repeatedly.
