We will set up a job that runs the VSCode tests against the current patch in CI. This will be a new evergreen job which sets up the mongosh repository for testing as usual, gets the latest content of the vscode repository, runs `npm install`, replaces node_modules/@mongosh with a link to the current mongosh/packages directory, and then runs `npm test` in the vscode checkout.
