Add connectivity tests for scenarios using external servers

      For connecting to:

      • Data lake
      • Atlas
      • SRV record vs non-SRV record

      we use the available testing servers that we have for the devtools team, and inject their connection info into CI through environment variables. We add individual tests that look for those environment variables, connect to the servers, and perform basic testing. Locally, these tests are skipped if the environment variables are missing.
